I had the opportunity to teach basic makeup lesson to 2 fabulous gals. Actually, these 2 beautiful girls were former bridal clients of mine! Not only did we have a lot of fun, but we also had tons of laughs. I love hearing all their love stories. These girls made an impresson on my heart and I can’t wait to hear more wonderful stories as they continue the next chapter in their life!

It’s always nice when you get to network with some interesting people in the hair and makeup industry.  That’s no difference with this years Wella Hair Fashion Show!  You always find people who are so gung-ho about the latest and greatest big things.  This years hair trend is all about revival.  Yup, that’s right…iconic styles are coming back with a twist of modern influences!!!  Bangs are in (whether you have it up, side-swept, or down) and one hair style trend that never goes out of style is volumne. 

As for the makeup application for the fashion show, I wanted to do something a little more edgy and mysterious.  Let’s just say that I had Edward Scissorhand’s look on my mind …so I mixed a bit of cool and warm tone burgundy.  I hope you like!
